Free delivery on orders over £40


We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40, this will automatically be applied at the checkout.


Standard delivery will be charged at a rate of £2.49 on all orders below £40.
You will receive your order within 3-5 working days (Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)*

Please note: All orders received after 12:00pm will be processed the following day.

We are able to provide next day delivery at a cost of £7.50. Orders must be received by 1:00pm to qualify. Any orders taken after this time will be dispatched the following morning. 

Please note this only applies to working days (Monday to Friday)

*Mainland UK addresses only, only to be used as a guide, during busy periods delivery may take a little longer. If you live in a remote area, the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.

Our Returns and Exchange Policy

We are pleased to offer you a full 30 day returns policy. You may return your purchase to us for any reason, and provided we receive the item back in it's original, unopened condition we will be happy to offer a refund or an exchange. 


1: If you would like to make a return  please inform us at as soon as possible, and before you return the item(s) so we know to expect your parcel. Please state in your email whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2: Please carefully repack goods in their original packaging (where possible) and return to Lemonade Occasions Southgate Chambers, 37-39 Southgate Street, Winchester, SO23 9EH. Please note we cannot be held responsible for missing returns so please use a recorded delivery method.

3: Upon receiving your return we will inspect the goods and provided they are still in their original condition we will either issue a refund back to your original payment method, or if requested by you, send out an exchange. Please note: you will be responsible for paying both the return postage and any new postage costs for delivering your exchange items.

Any refunds authorised by us will be issued within 3-5 working days. Please note, from the time we issue the refund it can take up to a further 7 working days for the bank to return the money to your card. We will always let you know when the refund is issued.

Breakages and incorrect items

Any breakages or incorrect items must be notified to us at within 5 working days of receipt. Please note we may ask for photographic evidence of a breakage or an incorrect item.
If an incorrect item is received we will pay the return postage and either send out the correct item or refund (at your request)

We will use our discretion in deciding whether to pay for the return of any damaged goods or whether to ask you to dispose of them. We will aim to get your replacement item sent out to you as soon as possible.
